Step 1: Open Your Zoom Invitation
- Locate the Zoom meeting invitation in your email or calendar.
- Click the meeting link provided by the organiser.
Step 2: Wait for Zoom to Open
- Your browser will open the Zoom website.
- Zoom may prompt you to download or open the Zoom application.
Step 3: Select "Join from Your Browser"
- Look for the link that says Join from Your Browser.
- This is usually located below the option to download or launch the Zoom application.
- Click Join from Your Browser.

Step 4: Enter Your Name
- Type the name you would like other participants to see.
- Tick the CAPTCHA box if prompted.
- Click Join.
Step 5: Allow Camera and Microphone Access
- Your browser may ask for permission to use your microphone and camera.
- Select Allow if you wish to speak or use video during the meeting.
Step 6: Join the Meeting
- Choose whether to join with computer audio.
- You will then enter the meeting and can participate as normal.
