Printing from Apple Mobile devices

This is a quick guide on how to print to the Follow-Me printers using an Apple mobiles device on the BYOD network.

If you're using an Academy assigned device, the configuration will already be set up so you can skip to the 'How to Print' section

Adding the Printer

Make sure your device is joined to the BYOD network.

Note: You need to use Safari to download and install the profile

How to Print

You can now print from your Apple device. The method of printing will differ based on the app in use. To print

To print from Safari:

Open Safari and go to the webpage you want to print.
Tap the Share button (the square with an upward arrow) located at the bottom or top of the screen.
Scroll down the menu options and tap Print (if you do not see it, swipe up on the menu).
Select the 'Follow Me' printer by tapping "No Printer Selected" or the printer name and selecting the printer from the list
Adjust your settings such as the number of copies, page range, or colour options.
Tap Print in the upper-right corner

Note: You may be prompted for a username and password, enter your Bradford Academy username and password to continue.
